About this event

The Federal Housing Finance Agency invites you to participate in the 2022 Duty to Serve Public Listening Sessions. The listening sessions will be an opportunity to hear from stakeholders and share your views on specific topic areas under each of the three Duty to Serve underserved markets.

The Duty to Serve Listening Sessions are:

  • July 11th - Affordable Housing Preservation – Topic: Preserving the Affordability of Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Properties - the Right of First Refusal and Qualified Contracts
  • July 12th - Manufactured Housing – Topic: Manufactured Housing and Tenant Protections
  • July 13th - Rural Housing – Topic: Native American Housing

The listening sessions will be held virtually with each session beginning at 1:00 PM EDT and concluding by 3:00 PM EDT. You are welcome to attend multiple sessions.

If you are interested in having a speaking opportunity, please let us know via your registration. (Please note, all speaker requests must be submitted by July 1, 2022).
